From the south, leave the M6 at junction 27 turning left onto the A5209 for 100 yards, then turn right by the petrol station onto the B5250 Mossy Lea Road, following the road for 5 miles, into the village of Eccleston, turn left into Doctors Lane, follow the road for 1/2 mile and turn right into the TBM business center

From the north, leave the M6 at junction 30 turning right onto the A582 for 3 miles, (through 2 sets of traffic lights and 4 roundabouts) turn left at the (5th) roundabout onto the B5253 for 4 miles (through 2 roundabouts) until you reach the “T” junction, turn right onto the A581 for 100 yards, then turn left onto the B5250 (don’t worry if you miss this tuning, just take the next left at the petrol station) follow the road for 1 mile into the village of Eccleston turn right into Doctors Lane, follow the road for 1/2 mile and turn right TBM business center
